I have just finished writing and publishing my first book! I am proud and excited to share this with you all. Please read Spotlight Arizona: A Bitter Memory of a Better Time and leave a review.
Gabe Clough explores introspective ideas and delves into the darker themes of humanity. He firmly believes that reading somewhat relatable, pitch-black themes give a form of understanding. Darker books and themes can help people feel more understood and make their issues less taboo.
He was born and still resides in Salt Lake City, Utah. He wrote prolifically during his sophomore and senior years to find and explore those themes. Throughout his time at Olympus High School, he worked to publish his first work. Clough wrote Spotlight Arizona, his debut publication, released at age eighteen. Spotlight Arizona is a collection of short stories he wrote consisting of themes including self-blame, objectification, and the feeling of social invisibility.
Inspired by Willaim Falkner, Stephen King, and Charlie Kaufman, Clough works tirelessly to produce his subsequent work, a novel focusing on humanity's self-destructive nature, cognitive dissonance, corrupted inherited love, and shielding codependent relationships.Â
